We are presently, in discussion and making good progress with the RAF Museum to allow us our own RAF Mountain Rescue display in the museum at Cosford. We are aiming to have a RAF Mountain Rescue section available to view sometime this year but we are just a few items short of a full… Display!

So this is a request for certain items of kit, which we need to fill the gaps in the gear already generously donated. We are looking for: -

1. Aircrew shirts

2. Green Woolly Pullovers

3. Serge (Working Blue) trousers.

Anything else you can send, would of course be gratefully accepted and added to the collection. This will come in useful, should we be able expand the display in the future. Should you wish to donate any of your old gear, (which probably no longer fits due to expanding waistlines etc. etc.) then contact Len McNab at: -

There is no need to worry about the cost of sending items to Len as, all costs for posting the gear will be meet from the MR Association funds, so, go on, get up in loft and sort your kit out.
